Baby Capsule Wardrobe Part 1, Leggings and T-shirts

The baby clothes collection continues this week with a set of knit leggings and t-shirts. Learn about the simple construction of the pants and tops plus deciphering the pattern instructions and sewing in snaps. I also do a quick tutorial on the set-in snaps using setting pliers. The little shirts have snaps at the neckline to make it easier to dress the baby. This fabric is a heavier weight knit that holds its shape well is has a nice hand. Raglan Sleeved Baby Dress - Sew with Me

Last time I showed you the basics of applique, this week we sew it all together!  The project is a flannel baby dress and bloomers with ladybug applique. The bloomers will be the next video! Sew with me as we make a complete dress. This is a simple and easy style. Even though I am making an infant-sized dress, this style pattern can be found in all sizes and the information is the same.
