Give your immune system the big guns with a one-two punch of Inner Defence and Thieves essential oil blend.  I take an Inner Defence softgel morning and night and apply Thieves to my feet if I feel the slightest tickle in my throat or drip in my nose.  Thieves is great to diffuse I add a drop of it to my Christmas spirit and get yummy smells and wellness support. If it is too late and you are below the wellness line still do both of those things above, but we need to add a few more

Let's start by saying I am no beauty guru and I am coming from the perspective of someone closer to 50 than 20.   Our beauty routine can be one of the most toxic things we do to ourselves! Get yours at Amazon .com As part of the devotion, you can make a Jesse tree and ornaments. I printed out each day's ornament and trimmed it in glitter scrapbook paper. I used a large glass vase filled sand and Christmassy glass pebbles.  I found flocked and crystal-crusted tree branches at Hobby Lobby for the actual Jesse Tree. Here is the naked tree ready for an ornament a day. The finished ornaments are simple and sparkly. I chose not to put a hole and string on them. Instead, I am hanging them with tiny clothespins. Rollerball bottles are the easiest way to apply oils. Especially on the go. That is why I made this purse kit with some of my favorite on the go blends.    I bought a box of tins and 6 sets of the colored metal roller bottles. I liked the gold lids with the gold lettering I  made on my silhouette cameo 3.
