 I have a few loved ones that are oil lovin' but not YL members, YET. They are getting some oily gifts from me. 

 This is what I am planning for them. I think I have professed my love for Christmas Spirit blend many times before but I am spreading that love by sharing. I have been adding a few extra bottles to my orders for the last few months! It is a very affordable oil.

I am including a bottle of diluted Thieves Household Cleaner because it is the best! I used an empty THHC bottle put the word diluted on the side and added the sprayer. 


Now to throw it all together in a cute basket with goodies for the kids and one gift is done!

Thyroid Support & Young Living

I did a post for my private Facebook group recently on Thyroid support. That little thyroid sure does affect every part of our bodies! I personally have Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. It is hereditary for me and we have many generations with hypothyroidism on my mother's side of the family.  There are many supplements that support the thyroid, but I am going to highlight my personal top 4. 1)Endoflex - supports the entire endocrine system. My Version of the Aroma Lift Massage

Be Kind. I know I am not a super model. I simply don't know of a better way to explain the massage than to show you.  So here it is.  What's the big deal? For me it is an overall smooth youthful appearance. I'm less puffy and my skin seems brighter and tighter. But the biggest thing I have noticed is how it helps with the stiffness I would feel in the back of my neck and along my clavicle. When I feel congested or the beginning of a sinus headache this really helps too!  More info below the video. Remember be gentle! We want to reduce fine lines and heavy handed pulling will be counterproductive. :)  I'm using the Aroma Life blend from Young Living.  I put it in a little roller bottle to make it easier to apply.  This is a great blend to use for any lymphatic massage you may want to try.
