Vogue 1665 ~ One Hour Top - with simple alterations



I love an interesting design. A little detail that makes a garment special. This pattern has it! Bonus points for it being a super quick and easy project.

I made two tops this time, both from the same pattern. The black and gold one I have worn many times already. It just looks great and effortless to wear. I am sure as the temps drop the blue one will be a favorite too. It is just too warm to wear yet.

Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
