A simple camisole is a staple foundation garment. It can be worn under other tops, sweaters, with a jacket, or as part of a pajama set. This pattern includes a slip, cami, and shorts and comes with all sizes in the envelope. This is a great beginner project that doesn't require much fabric and no fasteners!

I love having in home classes and telling others about the benefits of essential oils.  I know that it can be intimidating so I am sharing how I do the basic or 101 class it in my home.  Start with a good diffuser blend. I used a fall scent for the season. This one was orange, clove, cinnamon bark, and pine. Thieves blend  is  good but can cause detox in some so it is one I avoid. Raindrop Roller

Most of us who have been with Young Living know the amazing benefits of the Raindrop Technique for overall wellness and immune system support.  There is great training available to learn the technique and many videos too.  But in a pinch, this roller is a great item to have in your oily toolkit to keep your family above the wellness line.  Since we have one child with a rare disease who cannot have over the counter meds, this is our only defense. When anyone starts to dip down into illness. This roller comes out. We roll it down our spine and on the bottoms of our feet. I repeat at least 3 times a day. Usually, it only takes a day or two to be back into wellness!

Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
