Christmas Spirit

I know it is pumpkin spice season, but as soon as the first blush of autumn is in the air I am all about Christmas Spirit.


This lovely blend has orange, cinnamon and black spruce in it. 




I love it so much that I made a room spray out of it.

Thyroid Support & Young Living

I did a post for my private Facebook group recently on Thyroid support. That little thyroid sure does affect every part of our bodies! I personally have Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
