Inner Defnese and Winter Wellness

I posted recently about the Raindrop Roller and how we use it to keep above the wellness line. Today I want to share our other favorite product that promotes wellness, Inner Defense softgels.

This simple supplement had been a mainstay in our house for a few years. If anyone starts to drop below the wellness line they get a softgel. Depending on what their fighting we take up to 3 a day. That combined with Thieves oil, and/or the Raindrop roller and we are back up to wellness in no time. 

What is in it?

How much does it cost? 
If you are a wholesale member of Young Living it costs about 90¢ a softgel! If you really want a 1- 2 punch for wellness add the Life 9 probiotic and give your immune system a big boost!
I have a child with a suppresses immune system who cannot have any over the counter meds or most prescriptions due to a drug interaction. If it weren't for the natural options he would have to live in a bubble. BUT, he doesn't. He does everything anyone else would do and we keep him oiled up so he can.

This month (March 2019) Young Living is blessing us with all things Thieves for our promotional items. I love this so much! If you look back at past blogs I have lots of DIYs that include the Thieves cleaner and dish soap.  But what about that big container of veggie soak? I love and I use it. It does last a long time if the only thing you are doing is washing produce with it. BUT, it is great made into a spray and to use for spot cleaning just like your Thieves spray. It does have some different ingredients (from the thieves spray) like Digize and Purification oils. These make it a great option to use in areas where you need to squash odor along with any crud left on the surface. Essential Oil Class or Party Set Up (in your home)

I love having in home classes and telling others about the benefits of essential oils.  I know that it can be intimidating so I am sharing how I do the basic or 101 class it in my home.  Start with a good diffuser blend. I used a fall scent for the season. This one was orange, clove, cinnamon bark, and pine. Thieves blend  is  good but can cause detox in some so it is one I avoid. Stress Away, Purification, and just orange are all good ones too.  I personally think fresh flowers make a home look inviting. I usually have flowers in my home anyway but I  step it up a notch when I do a class.  I always have food at my classes. Many have food allergies etc. so I usually stick with cheese, fruit, veggies, and do a gluten free cracker. (Pardon the mess, I took the pic before I put away everything.) Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
