This week lets do some simple projects that use up some of our stash or scraps! 

 I made some masks for family members using one of the many tutorials already out there. I also share some of the pincushions I made and what projects to look out for next week!

I did a post for my private Facebook group recently on Thyroid support. That little thyroid sure does affect every part of our bodies! I personally have Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. It is hereditary for me and we have many generations with hypothyroidism on my mother's side of the family.  There are many supplements that support the thyroid, but I am going to highlight my personal top 4. 1)Endoflex - supports the entire endocrine system. Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
