Most of us who have been with Young Living know the amazing benefits of the Raindrop Technique for overall wellness and immune system support.  There is great training available to learn the technique and many videos too.  But in a pinch, this roller is a great item to have in your oily toolkit to keep your family above the wellness line.  Since we have one child with a rare disease who cannot have over the counter meds, this is our only defense. I did a post for my private Facebook group recently on Thyroid support. That little thyroid sure does affect every part of our bodies! I personally have Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I was diagnosed over 10 years ago. It is hereditary for me and we have many generations with hypothyroidism on my mother's side of the family.  There are many supplements that support the thyroid, but I am going to highlight my personal top 4. 1)Endoflex - supports the entire endocrine system. Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
