I LšŸ¤VE sewing my own underwear! It is not hard at all and you get to make exactly what you want and fit it to your individual shape. If you struggle to get a pattern in your size this is the tutorial for you. I show a basic way to size up for plus and down for those of you who are really petite. Supplies needed: Butterick pattern # 6031 tape colored pens tissue paper ruler scissors

I did a post for my private Facebook group recently on Thyroid support. That little thyroid sure does affect every part of our bodies! I personally have Hashimoto Thyroiditis. Purification spray to keep the odors away!

I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils.
