Most of us who have been with Young Living know the amazing benefits of the Raindrop Technique for overall wellness and immune system support. There is great training available to learn the technique and many videos too. But in a pinch, this roller is a great item to have in your oily toolkit to keep your family above the wellness line. Since we have one child with a rare disease who cannot have over the counter meds, this is our only defense. When anyone starts to dip down into illness. This roller comes out. We roll it down our spine and on the bottoms of our feet. I repeat at least 3 times a day. Usually, it only takes a day or two to be back into wellness!
I made Purification spray today! It is just the right thing for sneakers, teen boy rooms, refreshing throw pillows, stale rooms and so much more! Here is how to make your own. Put 1 tsp baking soda in your bottle then fill nearly full with hot water from the tap. Put on the top and shake to dissolve the baking soda. Open back up and put in 10-20 drops of purification and shake again. My bottle was 4 oz so 15 drops was just right. I have made other room sprays with this same technique and different oils. Thieves Household cleaner is the only cleaner you need to buy! This week I made wet mopping pads (like Swiffer without all the bad ingredients). I already have the mop that takes the wet or dry pads. What you need: dry mop pads a sealable container distilled water Thieves Household cleaner Thieves liquid dish soap 1 cup distilled water 1/2 cap of Thieves Household cleaner 1 tsp of Thieves dish soap Optional: add a few drops of lemon essential oil for a more lemony smell.
